The OLPNO has a 13-member Board of Directors who meet at least nine times per year – usually on the first Monday of the month at 4:30 PM – to carry out the purpose of the Organization and establish policies and procedures to guide its ongoing operations.

Steve Moses Retires from the OLPNO Board.
Shown below, Dan Kiser presented Steve Moses with an award in recognition of his many years of service on the OLPNO Board of Directors, serving as liaison with ONE-PS.
Neighborhood Committees
Beautification Committee – Maintains and improves the appearance of the OLP medians and is mindful of additional opportunities to beautify our neighborhood. Previous projects include:
- Painting and re-bricking the church parking lot at Alejo and Belardo,
- Landscaping OLPNO medians,
- Adding screens to easements between Belardo and Patencio, and
- Building markers defining the neighborhood boundaries.
Nominations and Governance Committee – Responsible for Board recruitment and Bylaws review and revision.
Membership and Communications – Works to improve membership recruitment and renewal. It also manages communication with members and performs website maintenance. The committee publishes at least four newsletters per year.
Security – Increases resident engagement in lasting security solutions.
Events – Plans and manages events including but not limited to neighborhood meetings and home tours.
